Membership agreement preview
This draft explains the proposed service. It cannot be accepted or signed here. The provider’s legal name, contact information, renewal, cancellation, refund, and record-retention terms must be finalized before paid enrollment opens.
Read the proposed service and billing terms
1. Membership and property
The membership covers the HomeFootprints Home Record service for one designated house. Members can save a property photo, system details, maintenance and improvement entries, and manual pricing reviews; export their record; and choose to share or hand off selected history. Additional homes require their own memberships, with a same-account additional-home rate of US $17.50 per year or US $9 every six months, disclosed before payment.
2. Price and billing
The selected base plan is US $34.99 for 12 months, per house, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. Proposed renewal: the same interval until cancelled. Paid enrollment will require a separate, explicit authorization of recurring charges. Final renewal and cancellation terms are pending review.
3. Walkthroughs and valuation
On-site walkthroughs are separate services with separate quotes and approval. Membership does not include an appraisal, home inspection, automatic market-data feed, or guarantee of a selling price. Pricing records and home history may be entered by members and are not independently verified by HomeFootprints.
4. Privacy and sharing
The full record is private to the signed-in account. Public reports are created only by the account holder after reviewing the selected snapshot. Pricing, costs, contractors, private notes, and account details are excluded from those reports. A public link can be withdrawn, but copies downloaded by others cannot be recalled.
5. Handoff of history
A history handoff gives the invited recipient a private copy of the approved snapshot after they sign in and accept it. The sender keeps their original record. Transferring information does not transfer legal ownership of the property or automatically transfer billing obligations.
6. Terms still to finalize
Legal service provider and customer-support contact; cancellation method and effective date; renewal notices; refunds; access, export, and retention after a subscription ends; and the final agreement version. These details will be presented before collecting a signature or payment.
